Bu bölüm, GiveLoop (Giveloop Dijital Platform Hizmetleri A.Ş.) uygulaması için geçerli, herkese açık Çocuk Güvenliği Standartları’nı tanımlar. GiveLoop; çocukların cinsel istismarı ve suistimaline yönelik (Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation – “CSAE”) her türlü içerik, davranış ve materyale karşı sıfır tolerans politikası uygular. Bu standartlar, Google Play Çocuk Güvenliği Standartları Politikası ve yürürlükteki tüm ilgili çocuk güvenliği mevzuatı ile uyumludur.

1 Sıfır Tolerans Taahhüdü

GiveLoop, aşağıdakileri kesinlikle yasaklar ve platform üzerinde barındırmaz:

• Çocukların cinsel istismarı ve suistimaline ilişkin her türlü materyal (CSAM),
• Çocukları cinselleştiren, tehdit eden, sömüren veya tehlikeye atan her türlü metin, görsel, video ve bağlantı,
• Çocuklara yönelik tuzaklama (grooming), şantaj (sextortion), kaçırma veya insan ticareti,
• Reşit olmayan bireylere yönelik uygunsuz iletişim veya içerik talebi.

Bu tür içerik veya davranış tespit edildiğinde ilgili hesap derhal ve kalıcı olarak kapatılır; içerik kaldırılır ve gerekli hallerde yetkili makamlara bildirilir.

2 Yaş Sınırı ve Yasaklı İçerik

2.1. GiveLoop 18 yaş ve üzeri kullanıcılar için tasarlanmıştır. Reşit olmayan bireylerin bağımsız hesap oluşturması yasaktır ve tespit edildiğinde hesap kapatılır.

2.2. Kullanıcılar; ilan, açıklama, fotoğraf, mesajlaşma veya profil dahil Platform’un hiçbir alanında CSAE ile bağlantılı içerik oluşturamaz, yükleyemez, paylaşamaz veya talep edemez.

3 Bildirim (Raporlama) Mekanizması ve Müdahale

3.1. GiveLoop, her ilan, kullanıcı profili ve mesajlaşma ekranında erişilebilen bir “Bildir / Şikâyet Et” mekanizması sunar. Kullanıcılar şüpheli her içeriği tek dokunuşla bildirebilir; ayrıca çocuk güvenliği adresine doğrudan e-posta gönderebilir.

3.2. Çocuk güvenliği bildirimleri öncelikli değerlendirilir; içerik derhal incelenir, gerekirse kaldırılır ve ihlal eden hesap askıya alınır veya kapatılır.

3.3. CSAM tespitinde içerik güvenli şekilde korunur ve yürürlükteki mevzuat çerçevesinde yetkili kolluk kuvvetlerine ve ilgili kurumlara bildirilir.

4 Yasalara Uygunluk ve Çocuk Güvenliği İletişim Kişisi

4.1. GiveLoop; 5237 sayılı Türk Ceza Kanunu’nun ilgili hükümleri, 6698 sayılı KVKK ve 5651 sayılı Kanun başta olmak üzere tüm çocuk güvenliği mevzuatına uymayı taahhüt eder.

4.2. Çocuk güvenliğiyle ilgili soru ve bildirimlerinizi, düzenli izlenen aşağıdaki iletişim kanalına iletebilirsiniz:

This section defines the publicly available Child Safety Standards applicable to the GiveLoop app (Giveloop Dijital Platform Hizmetleri A.Ş.). GiveLoop enforces a zero-tolerance policy against any content, behavior or material related to child sexual abuse and exploitation (“CSAE”). These standards comply with the Google Play Child Safety Standards Policy and all applicable child safety legislation.

1 Zero-Tolerance Commitment

GiveLoop strictly prohibits and does not host any of the following:

• Any child sexual abuse material (CSAM),
• Any text, image, video or link that sexualizes, threatens, exploits or endangers children,
• Grooming, sextortion, abduction or human trafficking targeting children,
• Inappropriate communication with or content requests toward minors.

When such content or behavior is detected, the account is immediately and permanently closed, the content is removed, and where necessary the authorities are notified.

2 Age Limit and Prohibited Content

2.1. GiveLoop is designed for users aged 18 and over. Minors are not permitted to create independent accounts and such accounts are closed when detected.

2.2. Users may not create, upload, share or request CSAE-related content anywhere on the Platform, including listings, descriptions, photos, messaging or profiles.

3 Reporting Mechanism and Response

3.1. GiveLoop provides a “Report / Flag” mechanism accessible on every listing, user profile and messaging screen. Users can report any suspicious content with a single tap, or email the child safety address directly.

3.2. Child safety reports are prioritized; the content is reviewed immediately, removed if necessary, and the offending account is suspended or closed.

3.3. When CSAM is detected, the content is securely preserved and reported to the competent law enforcement and relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.

4 Legal Compliance and Child Safety Point of Contact

4.1. GiveLoop undertakes to comply with all child safety legislation, in particular the relevant provisions of the Turkish Penal Code No. 5237, the KVKK No. 6698 and Law No. 5651.
